  -> Ну, это уж пусть коллега сам решает. Я предпочитаю глагольные конструкции. Английские атрибутивные и номинативные чаще всего приходится трансформировать.
neutral  mk_lab: Могу со 100%-й точностью повторить ваше замечание, но теперь касательно optics vs. image. Их связь в таком контексте не прослеживается. Кроме того, нужно читать весь контекст

  -> Контекст позволяет интерпретировать ситуацию как одновременно PR issue и policy issue. Ошибки в *публичном* поле (речь же не о корпоративном НГ) приводят как к внутренним (policy) проблемам, так и внешним (optics=PR). На мой взгляд, речь именно об этом.

disagree  Boris Shapiro: Уверен, что поступки, идущие вразрез с Code, guiding principles и policies, влекут за собой проблемы с публичным имиджем компании, а не с её vision. Optics подчёркивает публичный аспект, тогда как vision - это, в первую очередь, интроспективная концепция.

  -> Спасибо. Я в курсе дела, что слово optics употребляется в разных контекстах. А в этом контексте оно имеет именно такой смысл.
