Audit fonctionnement/efficacité d'une ONG spécialisée dans les soins de santé et la chirurgie ambulatoire.

Au chapitre du contrôle des coûts (y compris la lutte contre la fraude), l'une des stratégies consiste à recourir aux « mystery shoppers, **roving cashiers**, spot checks, data validation, CCTV, team review performance. »

Une partie des soins sont payants selon qques critères, mais les ventes concernent uniquement certaines fournitures médicales, médicaments, etc. en lien avec les soins. Il ne s'agit donc pas de vente en grande surface (j'ai vu que Walmart avait des roving cashiers au moment des Fêtes).

« Caissiers itinérants, mobiles, nomades (!)... » ? Si c'est le cas, en quoi améliorent-ils l'efficacité de l'ONG ?

OTOH, I can't see how it could help in the fight against fraud.

It might help reduce costs - a "roving cashier" has no need for any office space.
