In a document from Spain regarding cruises, these policies are mentioned. I can find examples in Spanish documents, but without explaining what the letters stand for and without a translation to English.

TISH = Travel Insurance Supplemental Health (medical) ???
No sé si TI será Travel Insurance porque el original está en español. En caso de no poder preguntarle al que te pasó el trabajo o que no te conteste, yo le mandaría emails o llamaría a los que ofrecen esos seguros y les preguntaría qué significa.

The policies are identical except one has a higher sum insured for cancellation. I wonder if they're just the names of one company's products and don't need to be translated.
