Four passes were planted in 30” rows with a seed 34,000 seed/ac to give an anticipated final population of 31,000 to 32,000 plants/ac.

The theoretical seed spacing in the 30” rows was 6” between seeds and a spacing of 12” between seeds in the twin rows.

The staggered seed drop resulted in a spacing of about 14.5” between the seed in the second row.
