Countermeasures against Dishonest Market Practices Act
In the Polish law there had not been any legal definition of a “code of good practices”. It was first introduced in the Countermeasures against Dishonest Market Practices Act of August 23, 20071
. According to article 2, point 5 of CDMPA, the code of good practices is a set of rules of conduct, in particular ethical and professional rules of businesspeople who committed themselves to abide by these rules concerning one or more market practices.
