English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Relationship Manager Agreement

estoy traduciendo un Relationship Manager Agreement. Básicamente, es un contrato a un representante de una empresa de asesoramiento/consultoría de inversión. En lo referente a la remuneración, dice lo siguiente:

(a) Advisory Business Fee. During the term hereof, you shall be entitled to receive fifty percent (50%) *******(the “Advisory Business Fee”)****** of the advisory fees earned and actually received by [THE COMPANY] *******(the “Advisory Fee”)****** from clients’ assets under management for which you are directly responsible. You understand and acknowledge that your Advisory Business Fee shall only be earned, due and payable after non-contingent receipt of such Advisory Fees in accordance with [THE COMPANY]’s normal practices and after the set-offs or deductions therefrom as set forth in this Agreement.

Representative will provide advisory business referral services, and such ancillary services as may be reasonably necessary in furtherance of such advisory business referral services, including to Representative’s new and existing clients through [THE COMPANY] (the “Services”). In connection therewith, Representative shall:
a. solicit potential clients to establish investment advisory relationships with [THE COMPANY] (herein ******“Advisory Business”******); and,


Me confunde un poco el uso de "business" en estas cláusulas... En "advisory business" lo traduciría por "actividades de consultoría/asesoramiento", pero se me complica al querer traducir "Advisory Business Fee". Entiendo queue "Advisory fee" sería la tarifa queue cobra la empresa por la consultoría/asesoramiento, y queue la "Advisory Business Fee" es lo que cobra el representante de la empresa. Lo único que se me ocurre (y no me convence) es "tarifa commercial de asesoramiento/consultoría". ¿Alguna idea?
