The only one I'm missing is the first one.
I have the idea that it refers to a fee regarding "proceso de escrituración" or something like that, in order to get full ownership over a vehicle, but I'm not completely sure if the term "escrituración" does fit in this context, or if it really used in this case.

: Dear Lisa, a computer and a dictionary are only BASIC tools for translation: they will rarely if ever help you to get the correct phrases within CONTEXT, which you have to understand from the onset. Surely you were taught this simple fact at Strathclyde?
