I can't find a 'nice' term for this as it's usually just discussed as a subsection of temporal editing. You may be able to drop the 'temporal' and just use 'real-time story/screen relationship' or even 'real-time temporal duration'.

This is the technique used in High Noon and Rope where the story lasts the same time as the screen time and plays out in real time i.e. if the story has a timespan of 2 hours then the film plays out all of those 2 hours in real time - no flashbacks, flashforwards, ellipses etc..
