The 'estado jurídico' in the Colombian court system is known in Chile as the 'estado diario'. It is a simple reference list of all decisions taken, and judgements handed down. by the court on a given day. The mere fact that the list has been displayed, at the end of the business day, on a notice-board in a part of the court building that is accessible to the public, is sufficient (in Chile at least) to prove that due notice of each decision/judgement has been served on the parties. With the massification of e-tribunal technology, the list is usually available on the judiciary's website as well.
