Analysis of dielectric oil in main transformer
Hola nuevamente,

: Oops, sorry I did not see your post, but I will leave my proposal as I found links to ASTM D 2864:2021 which the Asker may wish.

Dielectric capacity -- intensive value.
Dielectric strength -- extensive value.
Do not mix as the values differ.

: Your webref does not support your answer or your explanation - although it does offer a number of other quasi-synonyms which might be of interest to Asker (eg: 'dielectric rigidity')

While one link does give "capacidad as "dielectric capacity", IMO, I believe in this case it is referring to "dielectric strength".

dielectric capacity / capacidad dieléctrica, capacidad inductiva
The key difference between dielectric constant and dielectric strength is that dielectric constant is the ratio between the capacitance of an insulating material and the capacitance of vacuum whereas dielectric strength is the electrical strength of an insulating material.
Dielectric strengh is the electrical strength of an insulating material. https://www.differencebetween.com/difference-between-dielect...

Dielectric constant is a ratio and has no units of measurement while dielectric strength has the SI unit volts per meter or V/m. Moreover, dielectric strength is an intrinsic property of a particular insulating material.

Discussion
6.1.1 **Dielectric Strength**. This test measures the voltage at which the oil electrically breaks down. The test gives an indication of the amount of contaminants (water and oxidation particles) in the oil. DGA laboratories typically use ASTM D-1816. Using the D-1816 test, the minimum oil breakdown voltage is 20 kilovolts (kV) for transformers rated less than 288 kV and 25 kV for transformers 287.5 kV and above. If a dielectric strength test falls below these numbers, the oil should be reclaimed. Do not base any decision on one test result, or on one type of test; look at all the information from several DGA tests and review trends before making any decision.
The dielectric strength test is not extremely valuable; moisture in
combination with oxygen and heat will destroy cellulose insulation long
before the dielectric strength of the oil has indicated anything is going
wrong. See Transformer Maintenance Guide, by J.J. Kelly, S.D. Myers,
When you measure the dielectric strength of any substance, you take into consideration the distance between the poles.
If the width of the sample is 0.1 mm you will get one result. If you now measure the same substance but with a width of 0.7 mm you will get another result. However the dielectric capacity of the sample has not changed.
The author clearly has written "Capacidad Dielectrica", we should not modify the concept he is trying to convey.
