This is not my actual document it'a from a public (on www) document with similar wording:

I agree with Phil. No evidence to the contrary. Look up the company's Articles of Association re share issues if you want to be absolutely 100% sure.

@ Phil Well, it's terminology specific to Switzerland and while of course English isn't an official language there, it is widely used in financial matters. I was wondering if there is effectively an "official" English term for this.

I don't see any reason to find a synonym for "ordinary", meaning in the normal course of business, as opposed to "extraordinary".

Not My Field Of Expertise But maybe something like "official" or "standard creation", perhaps reflecting the idea that it is done in a previously established way, according to specific rules.
