(b) Cafcass suporting such a move in thier reports of (date:...) but raising concerns that:(i) There is no settled plan as to housing, applicants work and X's schooling. (ii) Applicant mother should now be promoting at least indirect contact between X and his father to help ensure that there is a relationship to maintain before any relocation to Poland. (iii) Because of the war in Ukraine applicant mother currently has no active plan to move to Poland.
(c) And upon the Court noting that there is currently a blanket Prohibited Steps order in place dated (date:...) preventing applicant mother removing X from the UK without the written consent of respondent father, which predates any holidays out of the UK.
