Under "VÆVSNITT" in a pathology report, numerous sections of tissue are taken and described, and then there is the following: X-UD: der udtages følgende kapsler til mikroskopi.
This is the only time this abbreviation features in the report. Has anyone come across this please? Do you think it might mean a cross "udsnit"?
