Thanks I take "unico a fondo pari" to mean this is the only one with a "fondo pari". Could the fact that it's used for honey rather than wine be relevant? Maybe a flat bottom would make it harder to remove the honey.

I'm not sure, and I'd query it with the customer. Pictures would help.
