ok, biorąc pod uwagę komentarz, lepiej może "porozumienie stron", w sensie nie sąd narzuca, kto ma mieć dzieci w poniedziałek, a kto we wtorek, ale to rodzice zawarli porozumienie w tej sprawie i przedstawili sądowi projekt orzeczenia
