well, they don't give certain drugs to certain groups 'cos they can't tolerate them. They're not refusing to give the drugs based simply on the fact that the patient is a child or a pregnant woman.

: A general point of method: "often" on its own proves nothing. A real connection with the ST (including context, explanations ..) is what is needed.
