Fui informado que se dio la orden de retirar mis accesos a la oficina. También entiendo que los registros de las puertas de la oficina fueron cambiados, y se dio la orden de que nada de la oficina podía ser retirado.

I'm not sure if this would mean the physical keypads to open doors, or access codes, or something else? Thanks in advance.

I haven't found any references for this yet, hence the 3. But I think from the context it has to be access codes - they wouldn't change the keypad to keep someone out.

This may be an unusual use of the word - many access control systems keep records of who has used the door. Registro de entrada is an entry register.
