Now, what exactly does this 'sin repercusión de IVA' mean here? That the Seller should not include it on the invoice, or is not responsible for paying it?

Explanation:
Should be no problem for a US translator or interpreter once self-billed as the 'best and greatest in the world'.

My 'grave and earnest studies and calculation of VAT' in UK Revenue Law finals outline-only tells me that no VAT in the US of A means a reverse, self-billing charge of sales tax, as used to obtain (yes, intransitive) in the UKand still prevails in the Reuplic of Irealnd.
