The question is not really "what does the verb ROTACER mean?".

This is one sample of "rotacer" being conjugated - by a self-declared "groupe de comédie mixer", NOT of "rotacer" being used in some meaningful grammatically correct sentence related to some real life context.

So the more relevant question would be: "is this video some kind of parody"?

IOW to which extent it would be relevant at all outside of the word games played by some "groupe de comédie mixer"?

But of course, I just wanted to show that variants of French (and English) DO EXIST irrespective of however much certain self-appointed experts on this forum might insist otherwise.

We can't just dismiss such variants as brain farts (typos) when there is strong semantic evidence that suggests otherwise, albeit brain farts and typos occur too of course.

Phil beat me to it It's in a 'jocular vein', wanting to make us think the noun rotation has a corresponding verb, rotacer. It is certainly true that French does not have a matching verb like our 'rotate' (though there is, supposedly, a rare verb rotater).

You haven't explained why you're asking, so people won't understand your question unless they've seen this recent one, which has already been answered. 'Rotacer' was an OCR error for 'relayer'.

The woman in your video says 'conjuguer le verbe rotation', which doesn't make sense because 'rotation' is a noun. I don't know if this is a West African joke or she's just a bit odd.

If you agree with my explanation, perhaps you could close the question so we're not going over old ground again.
