español term
laboratorio pesado
español al inglés
Ciencias
Química, Ciencias/Ing. quím.
The context is that of a training programme:
"El objetivo es que vean un laboratorio pesado donde se ensayan diferentes formulaciones de rigidos".
The 'rigidos' refers to polyurethanes, although I'm not sure if I should say 'rigids' or 'rigid materials'.
Thanks!

Selected
high core lab/laboratory
from the context I would use that phrase, that is, a completely equipped laboratory with all the necessary devices for serious testing.

Comment: "Thanks for the suggestion and sorry for the delay in grading. I actually found quite a few egs of the literal translation being used: heavy lab as well."
