"So long!" as they say.
This is totally a guess; more context is needed. It seems to be a faulty transcription (or translation) of "Poka, kak (oni) govoryat."

Kirill Semenov
: my first thought was that "лажа" was intended here...

You may be right, but keep in mind that in many languages the "j" is pronounced like "h" or "kh." This is what led me to think it might be 'poka.'

: I thought of "poka" as well, but Kirill is less charitable :-)

: Well, it's more likely than paya (soldering, as they say), or pakha (of the groin, as they say).

: this mostly depends whether it was actually SAID or WRITTEN. If this is a part of a spoken speech, it cannot be "poka" in any way / For all we know, this can be genitive of "пай" ( "пая")

1. The first word is illegible :(
2. This is not a full sentence :(
Could you please provide more info and/or clarify the word 'Paja'?

Yes, both Kirill or Kevin could well be right, since P and L are basically adjacent on the keyboard, as are J and K. Do you think the word \'Paja\' could actually be \'Laja\' or \'Paka\'?
\'Laja\' is a slang word recently introduced into Russian. Its meaning is hard to describe, but for purposes of understanding, it means \"weird stuff\" or \"bad stuff\" or \"baloney\" or \"crap\" - something along those lines.
\'Paka\' is an informal way of saying \"bye\". The correct spelling is more like \'poka\'.
