agree  7777 (X): Agree. С уговорка, че (1) всички варианти по-горе са верни, не САМО layout; и (2) компоновка НЕ Е от руски произход. В стария латински има posinere от po = away & sinere = to leave и componere = com- + ponere (to put) --put together--COMPOUND--COMPONENT/s

agree  Ivan Klyunchev: В такива случай се казва, че думата е навлязла в български през руски. А за произхода руските тълковни речници споменават "componere". На български се среща и "компоновка".
