I think the above may be redundant in English Explanation: The lessee must prevent that a situation arises or will arise, in which any (government) permits relating to the premises held by the lessor, are cancelled as a consequence. as well as the proprietor Explanation: Exploitant dient te voorkomen dat er een situatie ontstaat c.q. zal ontstaan dat enige (overheids) vergunning van Verhuurder terzake het Perceel als van Exploitant zal worden ingetrokken. Proprietor should prevent that a situation happens, casu quo, shall happen, where any (government) permit, in relation to the property, shall be withdrawn from the lessor, as well as from the proprietor. |
