Note: there are web sites that call this a 'mariphone' but many of them are Dutch/Belgian

agree Jack den Haan : With marine telephone channels (VHF). I think the addition of VHF is essential, but that was in the source text anyway.

This is the VHF one, as opposed to the marine satellite telephone.

yeah well, sailors call these things marine phones. Marine telephones are for the high-brows :D
