Thank you very much! Btw, I also think that the original is German, I do not now whether that is definitive but I did find some "bekomt" for "receives"...

agree  jarry (X): Possibly 'delivery' instead of 'acceptance'? No, because I think delivery IS acceptance.

  -> maybe, but wouldn't it rather be acceptance of delivery? (afname instead of levering)

agree  Ken Cox: 'formal acceptance and transfer of risk' --BTW, these sound like literal translations of the equivalent German terms (which would explain why they are somewhat unusual Dutch)
