Il s'agit manifestement d'un concept typiquement néerlandais. J'ai l'impression qu'il s'agit d'une location à des fins professionnelles et que donc les loyers sont déductibles. Qui en sait plus à ce sujet ?

D'après ce que j'en ai lu, il s'agit surtout de la TVA ....

Vóór intrekking van de maatschapsresolutie kon de firma (mits deze voor 90% of meer belaste prestaties verricht) de BTW verrekenen die verband hield met een pand dat ter
beschikking was gesteld door de firmant. Na intrekking van de maatschapsresolutie is sprake van onbelaste verhuur door de firmant aan de firma. Hierdoor kan het voorkomen dat herziening of herrekening van eerder afgetrokken BTW plaats moet vinden. Dit betreft bijvoorbeeld de voorbelasting die in rekening is gebracht bij aankoop van het pand.
