van de onbetaalde verkoper emessa da una banca belga, in cui il venditore dichiara di aver venduto qualcosa al compratore (finanziato dalla banca).
Per "dichiarazione surrogatoria" trovo solo 2 riscontri in rete. Ho trovato la seguente spiegazione: "Een andere schuldeiser van de koper, bijvoorbeeld een bank, kan dat voorrecht overnemen door subrogatie in het voorrecht van de onbetaalde verkoper, door een subrogatieverklaring van de verkoper neemt de bank de plaats in van de verkoper en daardoor kan zij een voorrecht doen gelden op het niet betaalde voorwerp tegenover mogelijke andere schuldeisers van de koper".
