Sur ce site il y a quelques informations à propos des cartouches, leurs parties, comme le culot de la cartouche:
"Le culot:
Il comporte des parois plus épaisses. On y distingue:
-la gorge destinée à donner prise à la griffe de l'extracteur, elle sert en outre au maintient de la cartouche sur la lame chargeur pour celles présentées ainsi."
Alors, je pense que c'est "gorge de l'extracteur", en fait.
