English to German Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Es handelt es sich um einen Lizenzvertrag zwischen einem in den Niederlanden ansässigen und einem deutschen Unternehmen.

Unter der Überschrift "Audit" steht dort:

"Licensee shall submit to XY, once per year, an audit statement by its external auditors, who shall be certified public auditors as specified in Annex X, confirming that the quarterly Reporting Forms submitted by Licensee to XY are true, complete and accurate in every respect. Such statement must meet the requirements specified in Annex X and shall be submitted to XY within 60 days following the end of Licensee’s financial year. XY may verify the correctness of this audit statement by means of a ***work paper review***, conducted by one of the certified public auditors selected by XY."

Ich habe die Bezeichnung auf einigen (wenigen) deutschen Seiten auf Englisch gefunden, aber ich würde lieber eine deutsche Entsprechung oder zumindest Erläuterung angeben.
