Ich dachte zuerst, vielleicht sind arrangierte Ehen gemeint, bin mir aber nicht mehr sicher, da es in Südafrika auch ein Gesetz von 1998 mit dem Namen RECOGNITION OF CUSTOMARY MARRIAGES ACT gibt... Wer weiss mehr?
