English to Italian Tech/Engineering Environment & Ecology Bonifica

Questionario per selezione aziende di servizi ambientali. Uno dei requisiti è avere:

Experience in pursuing No Further Action status (NFA or equivalent) under a performance-based contracting mechanism in each country / region and issues related to such.

"NFA" means either:

o a written determination received from the Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the relevant Property or Remediation Activities that no further remedial activities are required to meet the Applicable Remediation Standard (excluding periodic monitoring); or

o where the Governmental Authority has not made a determination then upon completion of the Relevant Remediation Activities in accordance with Site Specific Target Levels established in the Phase II report for the relevant Property as certified by an environmental consultant.
