Qualcuno sa cosa significa in questo contesto, ovvero un glossario che riguarda obbligazioni bancarie, "without duplication"?

Explanation:
La parola chiave é "consolidated", cioè "consolidato". In genere si usa per Gruppi di Aziende, tutte facenti capo ad una proprietà. E' chiaro che se c'è un qualsiasi scambio fra aziende del gruppo fra loro e/o con la holding, questi scambi interni vanno contati una sola volta per tutto il gruppo, altrimenti si raddoppiano le deduzioni fiscali o (peggio) l'imponibile su cui pagare le tasse.
L'unica cosa che mi lasci in dubbio è che la chiamino "Person", ma poi dicono "any of its restricted SUBSIDIARIES" che è esattamente il caso. Trattandosi di banche probabilmente si riferiscono come "persona" a chi ha fatto la richiesta di fondi, anche se si tratta di un'azienda (?). Però un dubbio mi rimane. Magari è spiegato altrove nel testo.
