Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general)
English term or phrase: A time and materials "not-to-exceed" fee for a project
This is to appear in an RFP for a consulting engagement.

保証最高価格・フィー is fine for the latter aspect, but unsure how/where to incorporate the time/materials aspect.

Thanks in advance.

プロジェクトの(完成または遂行に要する)時間と物資の上限報酬額
Explanation:
A Japanese translation for “time and materials” in this case will be “時間と物資.”

“Not-to-exceed” will be “上限” or “最高額.”

If it refers to a maximum fee to be paid to a contractor (or vendor or supplier) for his/her service, this will be a possible translation.
