A license agreement for a TV program says, that the Licensee is granted the right to "Produce and exploit all ancillary rights based upon the Porgram". I know what these rights include but find it difficult to find an exact correct legal term in Polish. "Prawa dodatkowe"?, "Prawa służebne", "Prawa Pokrewne"?

Prawa pokrewne to prawa związane z utworem a przysługujące: artystom, wykonawcom, producentom fonogramów oraz organizacjom (stacjom) radiowym lub telewizyjnym. Ustawa z dnia 4 lutego 1994 r. o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych (tekst jednolity: Dz. U. 2000 r. Nr 80 poz. 904) obejmuje zakresem praw pokrewnych stosunkowo szeroki katalog dóbr. Zalicza do nich bowiem: artystyczne wykonania, fonogramy, wideogramy, nadania, pierwsze wydania utworów oraz wydania krytyczne lub naukowe.
