English term

All documents to be subpoenaed by the court

English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
in a legal trial context.

Discussion

The translation I gave you back-translates into English more or less like this: 'All documents the party moves the court to order the opponent to produce.' There is a lot of circumlocution in the Polish ('all documents as to which the party moves that the court order the opponent to produce them'), because that's how Polish courts and lawyers write.

Thank you very much. Yes, you are right, even just by rephrasing the sentence or using apart of it only.

oh, sorry, someone had to hide/delete his/her entry in here
George BuLah (X) Jun 5, 2015:
Lilian, I can read all your needs :), especially with regard to the court's action, in the Lukasz's brilliant offer

LilianNekipelov (asker) Jun 5, 2015:
Yes, thank you but also in the sense that all documents with respect to X should be subpoenaed by the court , or shall be subpoenaed by the court.

Something long and descriptive like: 'Wszystkie dokumenty, co do których strona wnosi, aby sąd wezwał stronę przeciwną do ich przedstawienia'. That would be an Article 248 order (Polish Code of Civil Proceedings). This is not the same as simply 'żądanie przedstawienia dokumentów', because it goes through the court.
Note from asker:
Thank you. I think you are right.
