Z góry dziękuję i pozdrawiam!

ccccccccccccccccccccccccccccccc
This is an outdated Scottish or English legal term that basically means "Possessor" or one who "has possession and or control." In some places it may also mean the holder of a deed or lien.

btw - Is Django going with us?
the holder of a deed or writing, who is called upon to produce it judicially, in modum probationis, or for inspection in the course of a process;
modum probationis - to coś jakby - działanie w trybie sporządzania dowodu ...
... ale, koledzy prawnicy potrzebni :)
Marco, ten właściciel aktu notarialnego nie do końca chyba odpowiada tej definicji z wordnika ( In Scots law, the holder of a deed or writing, who is called upon to produce it judicially, in modum probationis, or for inspection in the course of a process.), co? Tu chodzi nie tylko o akty notarialne i ta osoba jest również wezwana do sądu w celu przedstawienia dokumentu, a właściciel aktu notarialnego tego raczej nie oddaje.
I'm gonna be the man who gets drunk next to you.

I'm gonna be the man who's haverin' to you.
