Există vreo diferenţă între cargo shipper şi consigner/consignor? Traducerile găsite au fost cu expeditor, dar în acelaşi context nu au cum să aibă acelaşi sens.

Se pare ca e vorba de o insiruire de termeni cu continut foarte apropiat sau chiar sinonimi, ceea ce nu e asa de rar in actele juridice sau comerciale. Putem sa incercam o strategie asemanatoare in romana, de exemplu, firma de expeditii/ firma de shipping, expeditor etc., toti fiind termeni atestati in romana. Nu avem nevoie eventual decat de un dictionar de sinonime si/sau inspiratie!

Asker: Da, cei doi termmeni apar în acelaşi context. RIS users can be described as a number of different groups: skippers, RIS operators, ...fleet managers, cargo shippers, consignors, consignees...etc
