I consciously implement the key elements of the GROW coaching model effectively, resulting in the representative recognising the **brand specific 'reality'** and 'opportunity' from the customer calls, and has a clear understanding of how they can do things differently.
I observe the majority of calls and only become involved if the customer directs a question to me, or there is a compliance situation.
I will answer and then refer the conversation back to the product specialist.
I am very confident on what good like for the brands and how to differentiate the brands effectively from competitors.
