I regularly become involved during customer discussion and will take over the discussion.
I have an unstructured discussion with my direct report after observing calls.
I do not know/am not confident in the GROW model of coaching.
I observe some calls vs becoming involved.

I am at a learning phase of this model but am starting to implement it with increasing confidence.
