Abnormal conditions around guide bushing
Fretting problem
2. Check whether the clearance and contact between guide bushing and material are appropriate.

Inappropriate:
Remove and clean the guide bushing and drawbar. Mount them back and perform clearance adjustment.
Lap the guide bushing and material to fit them together.
Replace the guide bushing.

Appropriate
Go to step 3
3.Check whether the machine has no abnormal vibration with no sliding part rattling and with the rotary guide bushing unit maintained normally.

When any of these are observed:
The support bearings may be faulty
For the mechanical vibrations, rattling of slides, and faulty rotary guide bushing drive device call the Cincom service office.
