преодолевать препятствия новых технологий


Explanation:
По-моему, bridge здесь – именно преодолевать. А насчет неравенства – его можно и опустить, и так ведь все ясно: преодоление препятствий, вызванных новыми технологиями, и есть преодоление неравенства.

neutral  Yakov Tomara: one can't say so in Russian . Your thought could be expressed like that: "переход в компьютерный век", "переход в компьютерную эпоху". I'm unsure though, whether it would be the best option here
