The meaning is absolutely clear. But "SOTRUDNICHESTVO" in plural is not good in Russian. Moreover, "upravljat' sotrudnichestvom" makes me sick to hear... In the context, "cooperation management" is limited to viewing details, provides contact with the partner, and, perhaps, closing the cooperation. So how can one call it in one word?
