English term or phrase: boulder burial
Definition from megalithomania:
Boulder burials are very simple, yet striking monuments. As the name suggest they are simply burials beneath a large boulder. The burials contained within are mainly single and set in a small kist like chamber made from smaller stones. Boulder burials can be found on their own or within or around stone circles. The boulders often bear cup marks and were often picked for their curiously attractive shape or rock patterns.

Example sentence(s):
  • The fourth tomb we visited on our mini tour was a boulder burial, A massive glacial erratic has been raised up and held in position with chocking stones and a burial chamber carved out of the limestone. megalithicireland.com
  • Stone circles are generally regarded as ceremonial or ritual sites. The stone circle at Dromagorteen, known as the Judge and Jury, consists of thirteen stones with a central boulder burial. Bonane
  • Some of the circles have a boulder burial within them. Boulder burials are very simple in plan and are just what they describe, a burial, usually cremated, with a large boulder marking the spot. ballybegvillage.com

Túmulo

Definition from own experience or research:
Túmulo: una tumba cubierta con piedras o tierra

Example sentence(s):
  • Un túmulo es el nombre que recibe el montón de tierra y piedras levantado sobre una tumba o varias, y que se remonta a la época de las edades de Piedra y de Bronce. - Wikipedia

Explanation:
Como en el inglés, no hay un nombre especifico para estas tumbas de piedras - lo mas cercano, pienso yo, son los Túmulos porque pueden tener varias formas y son simplemente tierra o piedras sobre un entierro.

Dolmen

Definition from Wikipedia:
[El megalitismo se caracteriza por...] tumbas del tipo "dolmen", en cuyo interior se entierra sucesivamente a los fallecidos del grupo, apartándose cuidadosamente los huesos de los anteriores difuntos (enterramientos colectivos). Los dólmenes pueden ser simples o de corredor y, a menudo, han estado cubiertos por un túmulo de tierra. Además, dentro del contexto megalítico, pueden hallarse también otras construcciones de piedra como "menhires", alineaciones, "crómlech", etc.

Example sentence(s):
  • Un dolmen, que en bretón quiere decir mesa grande de piedra, es una construcción megalítica consistente en dos losas (ortostatos) hincadas en la tierra en posición vertical y una losa de cubierta apoyada sobre ellas en posición horizontal; todo ello cubierto con tierra, formando un túmulo. - Wikipedia
  • El dolmen de Viera pertenece a la categoría de cámara y corredor, mostrando un largo pasillo formado por ortostatos muy regulares y cubierto con cobijas. - Junta de Andalucía

Explanation:
The plural for "Dolmen" would be "Dólmenes".
