3nr is a rarely-used manner of ensuring that the number 3 cannot be misinterpreted (or falsified by adding a '0'), basically meaning there are three of these rooms (in some other contexts the usual expression is "3-off").

The usual way of expressing this 'securely' in Spanish (and in English, ITTBT) is to put the Arabic numeral followed by the number spelt out as words in (...).
