holder Explanation: Holders of diplomatic or office passports... There is a spelling mistake in the Finnish word 'haltia', it should be 'haltija'. 'Haltia' is a sprite or fairy, but this word is nowdays also written 'haltija', so the word haltija has two different meanings. As the pronounciation of the word does not differ whether there is "j" or not, one sees quite often confusion with the spelling - one way or the other. |
