agree  B D Finch: OK, agree about "water-saturated atmosphere", but not about "relative humidity above 100%". Growing plants under the pressure that would produce >100% humidity is unlikely. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Relative_humidity

Explanation:
humidity is always in reference to water in the air, so adding water to the translation is a tautology of sort. note the presence of the word, "atmosphere". I would have said the translation should be "saturated humidity" but I think "saturated vapor pressure" is better
