French term or phrase: angle rédactionnel
This is from a PPT presentation on the press coverage of a perfume launch.
This is a title, which is followed by a number of "angles":
- the perfume
- the spokeswoman
- the designer
- the ad campaign
- and the launch party

I understand what it's all about, but can't remember what it's called in English. Help please.

The way the product was (is to be) presented. You could also use 'focus' here.

Explanation:
a bit long - I thought of 'editorial focus' but hard to work into a title. I don't think it is as specific here as 'slant' or 'perspective' (or even 'angle'!) when you see what they are actually talking about

Looking hard at the context, I think here it boils down to WHAT THE PRESS THINKS OF....and then there's the details

press/media angle/approach

Explanation:
Frankly, I don't understand your question.

By "presentation on the press coverage" are you referring to something AFTER the launch, or to the what has to be done BEFOREHAND to put a certain number of messages across to the press?

You say "angle rédactionnel" is "a title" and that is "followed by a number of (other?) "angles" ...

IOW, I suppose, is "angle rédactionnel" the angle or slant put on the event in the reporting of the media, or the angle or slant the promoter wishes the press to put on it???

Notes to answerer
Asker: This title refers to what the press thought of the perfume. The presentation goes on to discuss the words used in coverage to describe it

agree  ormiston: agree with your question, as I said above I take it to mean 'what the press thought of....' it all hangs on what is contained in the bits that follow....
