Thanks Marco, it fits with the context, and on the net your phrase exists: "Smoking and open flames shall not be permitted within 50 feet of explosives and detonator storage magazine" (this section deals with a quarry but the rest is about a cement plant so wondered if "amorçage" concerned cement setting.., you're surely right, many thanks for your help!
