"Pass" = bono


Explanation:
Se trata de un bono para varios días. "Green fee" sería quizás "Partido/recorrido" ya que el bono es para jugar 5 veces. Aún así, creo que se entendería perfectamente en inglés. Por ejemplo, para el esquí se utiliza la palabra "forfait" del francés.
