German term

Bestandsvolumen zu Anschaffungswerten

German to English Bus/Financial Accounting geschlossene Fonds, Finanzierungskonzepte

Antje

portfolio value at cost

portfolio volume would work but they are really talking about value here. Anschaffungswert is simply "cost" in English. Accounting English makes no distinction between Anschaffungskosten (same as A-wert here) and Herstellungskosten.

agree RobinB : Too many volumes otherwise, I think.

portfolio volume at acquisition/initial value

Would be a literal translation - the "zu" is definitely "at" in this context.
