German term

bekannte Einkaufsbedingungen

German to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
This is at the very beginning of a document entitled Rahmenvertragsbedingung:

Zwischen XXX [name of company] und dem in der Anschrift genannten Unternehmen als Auftragnehmer wird folgender Lieferplan fuer die Lieferungen auf der Grundlage der bekannten Einkaufsbedingungen No. XX geschlossen:

While this seems like a very easy question and I get the gist, I was wondering how best to say this "kurz und bundig."

Thanks.

standard terms and conditions of sale

This would be the normal wording in an English contract. The "bekannten" reference probably refers to a previously established trading relationship between the two companies, i.e. that the purchaser has been previously notified/given a copy of the t&cs, even if no copy is included with every individual sale contract. (This is normal, as t&cs can run to many pages.)
