This is at the very beginning of a document entitled Rahmenvertragsbedingung:
While this seems like a very easy question and I get the gist, I was wondering how best to say this "kurz und bundig."

This would be the normal wording in an English contract. The "bekannten" reference probably refers to a previously established trading relationship between the two companies, i.e. that the purchaser has been previously notified/given a copy of the t&cs, even if no copy is included with every individual sale contract. (This is normal, as t&cs can run to many pages.)
